Mr. Mackey is South Park Elementary's school counselor. He's always trying to dispense helpful knowledge to the kids on a wide variety of topics -- ranging from sex education to therapy sessions. He briefly experimented with drugs, which are bad, in "Ike's Wee Wee". And he had a pretty hot and heavy relationship with Miss Choksondik in "Proper Condom Use". Mkay?

This is Stan's grandfather (full name: Marvin Marsh). He's old, dying and is constantly trying to kill himself. He helped lead the AARP in their charge to not take old people's licenses away. He is also an elite member of the Hare Club For Men.

Ned
Ned Gerblanksi is Jimbo's old war buddy who co-hosts "Huntin' & Killin'." He blew his arm off with a grenade in Vietnam while helping to destroy the entire Viet Cong army. He also received throat cancer from smoking too many cigarettes and now must speak with the help of an electro-larynx. During the second season he was put into a catatonic state when he encountered the Mexican Staring Frog of Southern Sri Lanka.

Phillip
The blond-haired best friend of Terrance, from the fart-loving comedy duo Terrance and Phillip. He was born Phillip Niles Argyle, a brash young baby from Montreal and has since gone on to be one of Canada's biggest stars.The comedy duo briefly broke up prior to "Terrance and Phillip: Behind the Blow" but have since patched things up. Both of them live together in Canada, love Kraft dinner, and recently got hitched to the Queef Sisters. At the ceremony, Phillip and Katherine where happily pronounced farts and queefs.

Mr. Slave was Garrison's long-time teaching assistant (or "teacher's ass" for short). He loves sadomasochism and he's not afraid to shove things up his ass -- whether it be the class gerbil Lemmiwinks or Paris Hilton. And he's always around to dispense knowledge of his whorecapades to the children.Mr. Slave broke off his relationship with Garrison after Garrison's "vaginoplasty" sex change operation.
